Oh sure, the thread goes and gets won while I'm out at the museum.

Old business: I'm 77% good. A couple of the questions got "it depends" answers from me. Not only the one about the fight, but also the turtle. Whether I stop and help him depends on how much of a hurry I'm in and how much traffic there is on the road that might kill me while I'm trying to save him from getting killed. Still, I thought I was better than 77%.

Not so old business:
Article VII required Belgium to remain perpetually neutral, and by implication committed the signatory powers to guard that neutrality in the event of invasion.

I'm guessing this has gone by the wayside over the years. I'm sure Hitler marching through isn't the only example of Belgium's neutrality being violated. Plus, NATO headquarters is in Brussels. But anyway, happy day, Julie!

Ping!

Do I take a shower and go to my friend's house to jump in his pool with the temperature about 90F? Or do I sleep all afternoon and go over there tomorrow when it's even hotter and more humid ("feels like" 97)? Last night the water was only 77, a tad bit chilly for prolonged immersion.

Have you decided on whether to have that swim yet?

(Hello everyone - just having a chat with David for a minute :))

I think maybe an hour or two nap and then go for the swim. I can stay there well into the evening.
