I think I missed this last year!

Just so I have this straight:

1) Sign up on the website with your SETI account information.

2) Pick one of the twelve groups to join

3) Crunch as normal, all WUs will count towards the event with no further action.

Is it really this simple? If I understand this correctly, I'm in!


Yep, that's all there is to it, no switching or fiddling with the account. It instantly starts counting you in and after the next full hour passed, you'll see yourself added.

Yes, on the event page http://www.seti-germany.de/Wow/ there is a stats section with tables and charts for the event http://www.seti-germany.de/Wow/stats_event.php?lang=en, groups http://www.seti-germany.de/Wow/stats_gruppe_all.php?&lang=en, single users http://www.seti-germany.de/Wow/stats_user_all.php?lang=en and additional for teams and countries. Click on names of groups and so on shows detailed stats.

But since yesterday the test phase is completed so the stats section sleeps until Aug 15th 16:00 UTC.
