Even the animals in their kingdom do not kill the way we do!

Except primates.

Message 1550132 - Posted: 30 Jul 2014, 20:54:00 UTC - in response to Message 1550118.

There already is a Syrian thread. If the texts of the bible had not been proved to be that old, I would state that the bible was a P.T Barnum production!

We have armchair politicians/generals here arguing the toss over proportionate/disproportionate responses thereby ignoring one major issue with both: - They both lead to un-necessary deaths, therefore as attacks are continuing which not only the UN but world leaders have stated Hamas ignores the ceasefires, Israel has every right to put a stop to them.

Over the past 30 years alone, the despicable deaths of women & children & dislodging of people from their homes by Muslims on Muslims within their own nations with the west not interfering but providing aid is disgusting!

When Israel kills a few in attempts to protect their homeland only to see international condemnation is mind boggling (or does the international community hate the Jews that much as their own histories have shown over the years).

There's a dog in the room not barking which nobody has mentioned: -

The Palestinians are disliked by most of the other Muslim nations...

...why is that?

Can you provide a link for that?

Already have, suggest you read the reports I linked to.

That's just your opinion then in my book, I have my own opinions obviously.

Exactly. It is well known how Muslims treat their own yet when Jews do so to protect themselves, the indignation...

...best solution is to end it once & for all & if that happened the rest of the world cannot complain as their own histories show.

I don't call that protection anymore, I call that agression. Just what those people are grown up with, all those years! So sad...

I can see the campaign flyers now for the upcoming election.

Vote Fatah, we have electricity and water in the West Bank.

Vote Hamas death to Zionist pigs.

Don't for one second think this entire episode isn't about the upcoming vote. Hamas wants to be seen as strong to get votes. Israel played into their hands and sowed more hate.

Yes, all this death is for a few votes.

Now as to proportionate ...
Would it be proportionate to build a wall around a people tossing rockets at you and build a defense system? Essentially put them in jail for failing to act civil? What if after a few years they are still hurling rockets at you, not understanding the wall is a punishment for failing to be civil? Do you them put them in solitary confinement? Is that proportionate? So a few years later they are still blasting rockets at you, but the world is screaming that your solitary confinement jail is too harsh. Is it proportionate to attempt to destroy the rocket launcher instead?

Why doesn't Egypt and Jordan just annex Gaza and the West Bank? Answer me that and you have your link.

What are the so-called palestinians in Gaza complain about? They voted for Hamas terrorism in the 2006 election. They got exactly what they voted for.

Now when they have to reap the result of their democratic choice, they complain, and pretend to be innocent civilians. Innocent civilians doesn't support and vote for terrorists, and yes Hamas is interntationally recognized as a terrorist organization.

You reap what you sow. Simple as that. Too late to complain now.

Ahhh..the same argument used by Osama Bin Laden to justify the 9/11 attacks.

"the American people are the ones who choose their government by way of their own free will; a choice which stems from their agreement to its policies. " -Osama Bin Laden

I interesting bedfellows you have there.

Gaza conflict: US and UN condemn school shelling

Now of course we do not want to see children being caught up in this violence. But surely the UN have to face up to their own responsibilities. I would have thought it would be logical for the UN to enforce a weapons free area around the school, then Hamas wouldn't have fired from there and the IDF wouldn't have had to fire back into that area and put the children at risk.

If the UN is incapable of doing this and they get the IDF not to fire into this zone. Then they might as well put up billboards advertising the area as a safe zone for terrorists as well.

Maybe politicians need to go back to school and learn logic.

You quoted 9/11 happened because of who the electoral college voted for.

That only matters if you think the argument has any legitimacy.

Am I to interpret your question to mean that you think Al Qaeda were justified in killing thousands of innocent Americans because of the actions of the US government? You only concern is that the wrong government may or may not have been in power at the time?

Vengeance is mine, saith Thor the designer.

There are too many damn fool idiots already pouring napalm on Gaza.

What is needed is to round up the agitators on each side and weld them in a cage together with no hiding places, give them a few clubs and chains, and a couple of years to settle their issues.

No chains or clubs but one knife. Last one standing is the victor...

...then as he walks out of the cage, shoot him!

Thought you might like that.

I think the Romans had the best idea with their gladiator arenas. The middle east sure needs a large one with four huge stands...

North Bank for the UN
South Bank for the Politicians
West Bank for the Muslims
East Bank for the Christians

...who's going to be the joker in the pack by introducing the lions to the arena?
