Are you referring to yourself?

I've never claimed that Hamas is the good party here or that they never violated any cease fire agreements.

Who said Israel is without sin?

?? I don't... They're greedy idiots imo

It is happening NOW - TODAY by Hamas (AKA NAZI/Hitler Supporter's).

I will allow that your response is from ignorance.

Your silence regarding The Hamas NAZI's, is illuminating.

Finally figured you out. What a shame.

What is it here today? The anti-Julie alliance? LOL

My silence, my silence... Remember Clyde, I'm from BELGIUM, we AIDED the Jews! How dare you thinking I support the NAZI's, shame on you that is!

[edit] I think the slaughtering of Palestinian children is GRUESOME! Do the Palestinians do that to the Israeli kids?? I didn't think so...

I don't agree with the thinking of the Hamas either but at least they don't slaughter innocent children!

Oh really? The kidnapping and murder of three innocent Jewish teens started this recent conflict.

Read your last sentence.

I believe you have made VERY clear your, let's put this a good way, your thinking.

Goodby.

The Hamas are as bad as the Israeli's, I must stand corrected:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2694011/Israel-leaflet-drops-Gaza-warning-Palestinians-evacuate-army-intensifies-airstrikes.html

There are some things I don't know Clyde or that I don't have time for to deepens my knowledge in, I stand corrected, for my last sentence that is.

I am convinced though that the land belongs to the Palestinians. That's what this whole war is about, no?

They are really chanting "gas the Jews" in the street?

There is no doubt now. Jews are the awkward kid on the playground every bully picks on. After years of it, they went to self defense school. When the bully picks on them now, the bully gets beaten to a pulp.

The only question is how many lessons will the bully need to learn not to pick on the Jew?

No question Israel is a land thief. I'm shocked that Europeans are calling for execution for the crime of squatting. Is that how England should deal with the Roma?

The hate between the radicals on both sides has exceeded the hate the Nazis demonstrated. Time the world collected the radicals, put them naked in a cage with each other and welded the cage door shut.

Since that map was first posted, I felt something was wrong with it so searched...

Distorted Map

A comment clarifies it further...

"In legal terms, Palestine was created in the 1920's by the League of Nations specifically as a homeland for the Jews. This includes everything from the river to the sea. And that is solid international law. Just find the 'San Remo Convention of 1920' and the 'Palestine Mandate', which were both adopted by the League of Nations, and hence by the later United Nations. So in terms of who is seizing what, it's all legally Jewish.

And they can't just dump these documents, as the San Remo Convention also was the legal creation of Iraq."

From the article:

Jews, and the Israeli state, have, in fact, seized great quantities of Palestinian land in the territory of Israel/Palestine over the past 60 years.

Informative Israeli website for Israeli soldiers who share their experiences on what it is like to serve in the occupied territories.

"Breaking the Silence is an organization of veteran combatants who have served in the Israeli military since the start of the Second Intifada and have taken it upon themselves to expose the Israeli public to the reality of everyday life in the Occupied Territories. We endeavor to stimulate public debate about the price paid for a reality in which young soldiers face a civilian population on a daily basis, and are engaged in the control of that population’s everyday life."

They're trying to win their own land back!

@Sten-Arne: IIRC there also were a lot of Indian tribes in the old US of A?
The Israeli's want the land back that Jahweh gave to them. This is in theory and not in practice.

Ahem... is it just me or have some posters suddenly got VERY intolerant? "Educating" one another (I HEARD THOSE SNORTS :)) as to our views on a contentious issue is what this forum is about surely...? There have in fact been some very revealing posts... but not in the way some keep stating.

The fact is that there is NO black and white in this situation - it's all one horrible shade of grey :( But seeing children dying in the numbers they are in the Gaza strip at the moment IS NOT RIGHT - whatever the reasons anyone gives for that...

And however badly thought out that line in the sand was (which has long been scuffed out by Israel) that we British drew after the second world war, it needs to be restored for there to ever be even the remotest chance of a settlement in the next 100 years - if there's anyone left to talk about it of course :/ because you can't re-write history, you can only learn from it.
