It's been over a month since we heard from Zapped Sparky.

Nine days since we heard from Celt Tooth.

A few since we heard from Annie. At least we got word from her that it's just monitor trouble.

Anyone else missing in action?

Annie is back; she's posted in a few threads today.

ZS, and CT seem to be AWOL, though... :-(

Zapped moderated a post 2 days ago, and a little bird told me that he is just taking a break.

Yeah, the bird told me that too. But I still thought it was a good idea to include him.

Andy Worth has health problems just now - last time I spoke (PM) with him he was expecting to be out of circulation for a few months :-(

Annie's tip of the week... batting outraged eyelashes at a pre-conflagaration monitor may work like bellows...

Signs to look out for:
A most interesting *boomph* (like when something under the pavement outside my house blows up);
AN exhilirating PHFTSsszzt-whooOOSH (similar in sound to when I set light to my hair);
And a lot of being suddenly very busy in that special way headless chickens are...

Yep. Run... run for the hills... I'm back! :) Missed you all LOADS! :)
(((( HUGS ALL ROUND)))))

Had hoped the people who were missing before I went missing had come back in my absence though... very sad they haven't :( Good to hear Zapped is just having a break :) but sorry Andy is not well :( Do hope Celttooth is okay... been ages and is very missed :(

And thanks for the nice thread David... further demonstration of just how special it is being part of the caring seti community :)

I was hoping it would have been of a shorter duration. Thanks for the update Rob.

I am not worried about Ian. This is most likely family/Grandkids time or maybe he is modeling his new Anni Shirts somewhere ;)

I hope that you've set your new monitor back a bit further this time Annie so that your head now only collides with the keyboard and not with the monitor as well when you nod off. ;-)

Welcome back. :-D

Cheers.

Thanks Wiggo... working on the dynamics of that :) The monitor is a little on the intimidating side when it comes to any I've had before if I'm honest. Very bright... and seems to be towering over me from the top of a stand which I should be able to headbutt without too much effort thank you :) Whether that will allow the screen to either brain me on the back of the head or efficiently guillotine me I have yet to establish :)

Thanks for all the news everyone, good to hear that there seem to be no major concerns about anyone anywhere as far as we know. Mainly the unfortunate bumps and scrapes that life throws at us all from time to time.

I think this thread of this type is long overdue and well done to David for setting it up. Now our resident Mother Hens Uli, Angela, and Julie, will be able to keep a rather closer eye on us all.

Mind you I think our Annie should come with a public health warning!

"Has previous for setting fire to hair, monitors, and pavements. Approach with caution".

:-)))))
