It depends on the service weapon in use at the time of the shooting. For example the Sig Sauer p-226 can hold either a 10 or 15 round magazine. I do need to stress that we don't know the brand/model of Officer Wilson's service piece.

The 'pause' confirms one of the few details initially released. That the Officer fired, Brown kept charging, and the Officer fired again.

Where did you get the "charging" from ? All the reports I have seen say that Brown was running away from the officer.

So he was running away backwards? He was shot in the front.

He was running away. All of the confirmed shots were to the front. There are two grazes, one on the hand and the other on the arm, that could have happened from either direction. either of them would have cause Michael to turn around and hold up his hands as several witnesses have stated.

The American 2nd Amendment is about the Individual Person having the right, and means, to defending herself, if necessary, before any Government Law Enforcement Agency can arrive. And 'Groups' of Individuals defending themselves FROM the Government. It does not include the context of your post.

So does that mean that mean that the protesters in Ferguson have the constitutional right to not only carry AR-15's but also use them to attack the police whenever they are trying to stop their peaceful protest?

I was going to post that story this morning, but I thought that I got under someone's skin enough for 1 day without adding more fuel to the fire, though I did think that the story would've made it here sooner or later.

My apologies. The idiot comment was not directed at any posters here, but at the guy that caused the shootout. I thought that was clear but apparently not.

That's why it's best to read thoroughly before replying. I see your point so that post would have been best to "post to thread" rather than replying to a specific post.
