HELLO,

Having in mind the reputation of your institution/company/university,
as well as your personal renown, I have the honor and pleasure to invite
you, on behalf of IPSI Belgrade Company, to participate in the
promotion of IPSI conferences worldwide, as explained below! IPSI conferences
have several uniquie features, explained in details in the text to follow,
so we expect that you will be proud to join the effort, and to become a
member of the "IPSI Promotion Club." So far, 7 different Nobel Laureats
have talked at IPSI conferences!

Unique features of IPSI conferences:

1. All IPSI conferences (in organization of the IPSI Belgrade Company,
with its business partners from USA, Germany, Japan, and Italy) are
held once a month in the most appealing locations of the world,
always in the best hotels of the region, with attendees that are
world elite in the M.I.T. (multi-, inter-, and trans-disciplinary)
fields, in domains of computer science, business, medicine,
dentistry, law, and economics. All details are on the Internet:
www.internetconferences.net and the 2005 locations are:

January 2005 = Hawaii
February 2005 = Amalfi, near Naples, Italy
March 2005 = Frankfurt, Germany
April 2005 = Carcassonne, France
May 2005 = Costa Brava, Spain
June 2005 = Belgrade (with visit to Studenica Monastery)
July 2005 = MIT, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA
August 2005 = Castello Chiola, near Pescara, close to Rome, Italy
September 2005 = Stockholm, Sweden
October 2005 = Sveti Stefan, Montenegro
November 2005 = Venice, Italy
December 2005 = Bled, Slovenia

2. Each submitted paper undergoes an internal editorial review, for the
acceptance/rejection decision, and those who pass the internal
review, are sent to 12 different exteranal reviewers, and if
necessary, to even a larger number of external reviewers, so at
least 6 good quality reviews are obtained. You agree, these days even the
best journals of the world often times provide only 2 reviews, and
IPSI conferences at least 6, and typically 8 or 10. As you know,
good quality response is of the major importance for all real
researchers,so the reputation of IPSI conferences is constantly growing!

3. No matter how good the submitted papers are, we always reject at
least 50% of submissions, so those who come to IPSI conferences can
be sure, at the conference they will meet an excellent group of
attendees. Our goal is not to maximize the input from conference
fees on each particular conference, but to maximize it over one or
two decades to follow, and only based on the extreme quality of
attendees and their presentations!

4. High quality response is obtained not only thru the reviewing
process, but also thru in-conference post-presentation discussions.
At each conference we assign VIPs who serve as oponents whos task is
to induce innovative high quality discussions!

5. So far, in addition to Nobel Laureates, IPSI confernces were
attended by major VIPs of industry like IBM, Lucent, Intel, StorageTek,
Boeing, etc, or universities like Stanford, MIT, Purdue, Illinois,
Tokyo, etc. Invitations are sent as follows: About 1/3 to VIPs from
industry and businesses, about 1/3 to famous professors whos work is
highly referenced in the open literature (SCI, etc.), and about 1/3
to young talent. We beleive, this is a mix that ensures the best
synergy in the scientific interractions at IPSI conferences!

6. We make sure that the socail life at IPSI conferences is rich, and
that the local culture is well represented. Welcome dinners at IPSI
conferences are known to be extremely enjoyable, and often times
accompanied by music (so people can dance). Visits to concerts
and/or other important cultural events are organized, if conditions permit.

7. General chair of all IPSI conferences is Professor Veljko
Milutinovic, Fellow of the IEEE. Before joining his alma mater, the
University of Belgrade, he spent about a decade (back in 80s) on
various faculty positions at Purdue University in the USA (after he
got his Ph.D. from the University of Belgrade).

If you accept our invitation to become a member of the "IPSI
Promotion Club," your duty would be to help promote the IPSI mission in
your environment. In return, if a person from your list (forwarded to
us at least 30 days before the conference) attends the conference, and
pays the full fee of E400, you will receive an $100 reimburcement for your
effort and related expences (we expect to have no expences in relation
to your promotional efforts).

Yours sincerely,

Mr. Gliso Prijic, Int'l Marketing Manager of IPSI Conferences

know!
