The event log keeps indicated cc_config.xml is not found, however, it is in the directly d:\programdata\boinc

What do I need to do ?

First, how did you create the cc_config file and are you sure it's saved as the xml format? Next would be could you post what the config file contains. The location is correct, so if it's not seeing it then why isn't it. I'm sure other will add to this but until then lets start here.

Make certain that Windows did not name it cc_config.xml.txt
