I suspended BOINC 7.2.42 but now I am unable to resume. It is stuck in Suspended - User request. I've reinstalled BOIC Manager but it made no difference. I didn't delete the data files.

Places to look, all in BOINC Manager:
- Advanced view->Activity->Run based on preferences.
- Advanced view->Projects tab->Select project showing status as Suspended by User->click Resume.
- Advanced view->Tasks tab->Select any task showing status as Task suspended by User->click Resume.

If all that doesn't work, find and open client_state.xml, scroll all the way down to the end of file, find the line <user_run_request>3</user_run_request> and change it to <user_run_request>2</user_run_request>, save changes to the file, exit BOINC completely (BOINC Manager and the BOINC client) and restart it.
