Recently updated from XP to Vista on my Dell Inspiron 530S, DL'd the Boinc software, dl'd new projects; things running well; life is good

The other day I tried to log on and I see a dialog box titled
BOINC Manager- Select Computer

Under that: Another instance of BOINC Manager is already running on this computer. Please select a client to monitor

Under that is a drop down titled Host Name (no suggestions in the drop down)
Under that is a Password box

I'm not sure what BOINC is looking for here. When I look in the Control Panel I see the version I dl'd on 6/11/14. Any ideas on how to proceed from here?

I have received those messages when I have BOINC started under my work-a-day non-admin userid, and then switch to my admin account. I installed BOINC so that it auto-starts upon login, so a second BOINC starts and issues those messages. I just close them and go about my business.

Type localhost in the first box, it should autofill the password.

Wish my answer was that simple (maybe it is, I'll have to ask question first though :o) )
