I just eat lower calorie foods, peanut butter here has 180 per serving vs 200 or 220, eggs and 2 sausage with salt and pepper, bread at 70 a slice, if I have pancakes then there is maple syrup with 100 instead of 200 or more, plus lots of crystal light fruit punch, of course all the food and drink is made with Brita filtered water, mainly cause of the calcium carbonate here that's in the water, that makes things taste different I've found. Also I don't buy any cane sugar, though there is some in the coffee creamer, but at 10 a serving, it's not to be worried about, since I have between 1 and 4 cups a day. Well at 5 calories a serving, it's not a lot and the taste beats what amounts to bottled water. Too much acid in OJ for Me. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

I hear people say they can't tolerate oj. It's never bothered me. I used to drink Welch's grape juice like it was going out of style when I was a kid. I also like ruby red grapefruit juice. I've never heard of that combination. I do like pineapple on pizza. The mind is a weird and mysterious place |

With lime Jello, it's a jello salad, similar to this one: http://www.cooks.com/recipe/ca37o1sn/cream-cheese-lime-jello.html But beware, it's loaded with calories... Made a right choice for a change... Decided, now that my knee is better, I should go for a long walk and off I went. Got about 100 meters when I saw some lightning. I couldn't hear any thunder so I initially thought it was too far away to worry about. I thought about it a bit more and came home straight away. So 5 minutes after coming back its just bucketing down rain. It has of course been a beautiful warm sunny day all day today. It's 8:45pm now.:-) |

Made a right choice for a change... 200m is a start :) Glad you didn't get soaked and very happy to hear that your knee problem has improved sufficiently for contemplating walks again!! :) Congratulations to everyone on their efforts so far! You're all doing so well :) |

Made a right choice for a change... Thanks Annie, I'm hoping to get down to about 300lbs, when? That I don't know, then I can eventually get a new chair for the computer with a weight rating of 450-500lbs. Maybe. That or get an existing chair rebuilt. Good to hear about the knee. I know how painful that can be! Someone I work woth stated that I seem to have lost some weight. We only see each other once a year at training time. Hi five for anyone making changes to either loosing weight or just improving their diet. Pluto will always be a planet to me. Seti Ambassador Not to late to order an Anni Shirt |

Made a right choice for a change... Had a break in my work schedule yesterday. Took a walk - the pedometer in my new phone said it was 6 miles. Went for a walk with the scouts today -- 5 miles. Keep going, you will be able to get there. BOINC WIKI |

Are you looking for 1 of these Vic? Not quite Wiggo, looks shopped, I will be replacing this broken down chair with something on wheels that is equally sturdy w/a 500lb capacity, like this one here from King Size Direct: The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

Zoom...........Shakes her head...............Why a 500 Pound Chair?????????????? To me this going backwards. At your height, the goal should be about 200 lb. Anyway, last year you enjoyed Tomato Sandwiches, is that part of the weight loss program this year? Pluto will always be a planet to me. Seti Ambassador Not to late to order an Anni Shirt |

Zoom...........Shakes her head...............Why a 500 Pound Chair?????????????? Tomato sandwiches? Sorry I think you have Me mixed with someone else on this. I don't buy tomatoes way out here. As to the chair I want something sturdy, I have a steel case swivel computer chair that has a weight capacity of 350lbs, it needs to be refurbished, the spring(or whatever that is under the chair) and the red cloth cover needs to be replaced, Grace put Her claws in the cloth surface, though I did try and discourage Her. This chair was meant to be My desk chair. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |
