Thank for all of the encouragement my friends.

I saw the diabetes nurse and the doctor today. They were both happy with my blood glucose levels and weight loss. My blood pressure is still too high so the doc started me on some medication.

I think you're doing great! The real yardstick for me is the belt-hole test. ;~}

I've got a friction lock belt and it's starting to get tighter also finall my pot belly is looking a bit smaller. Still got the manboobs though.
