Low calorie pancake syrup tastes, a bit dreadful, instead of 200 calories per serving, whatever that is in this case, it's 100 calories. I had to switch to that, as My preferred pancake syrup wasn't there on the store shelf anymore. Plus it does other things, more than My preferred syrup did, which I won't go into.

Just back from a Celebration of Life for the mother of an FRA Shipmate of mine. Shannon found her Mom dead on Sunday morning. Gail and Shannon are fun ladies, and I'm going to miss talking to Gail on the back porch of our Club.

We celebrated with food and drink - it was pot-luck, and there were many pots full of casseroles containing pasta and potatoes and sausage and cheese and.... and I probably won't need (or want) to eat breakfast tomorrow.....

Very sorry to hear about Gail, Donald :( but that does sound a very nourishing and delicious celebration of her life :)

Think everyone has been doing really well with their efforts! Food IS everywhere and television advertising - particularly those late at night - are often the worst culprits at making us rummage around in kitchen cupboards etc :/ ... oh... and Angela mentioning buttercream :) I ADORE buttercream! :)

I've lost another 2 pounds, so that means I'm down to 382lbs.

I actually drunk very little beer on my trip, ate very healthy and walked a lot. I lost some weight too but as I don't have a scale I wouldn't know how much...

And that was after briefly having in My diet, the following: Ice Cream, some pan cakes and yep two medium thick crust pizzas. The pizzas I baked in the oven on a cookie sheet for 28 minutes, they came out perfectly, though the directions said 20-25mins at either 400F or 425F. Powdered eggs do help, as does 100 calorie a serving maple syrup, that took a day to get used to the taste of the syrup, not the eggs, the eggs just need salt and pepper.

Thanks Rob, Annie, Byron, Julie, Angela and Celt.

Lets see, I had pancakes this morning, eggs/sausage from the 4th onwards, pizza and ice cream ran out a few days ago. The pizzas I had for dinner on the 2nd and the 3rd, the ice cream ran from the 1st to the 3rd, all 5qts of Strawberry Swirl.
