Ok folks first thing Monday morning weigh in.

90.7 kg

No Non nO!!!!

This = a gain of 200 grams for this week.

I swear I only had a couple of bags of lollies.

I've noticed that my mental condition has a big influence on my weight and not so much the food that I eat.

That makes sense to me. I would imagine how the brain feels affects the metabolic way in how calories are used.

Marbooka I couldn't tolerate dieting any more so I headed out to get an egg and bacon hamburger. I didn't make it to the hamburger shop and now I'm scoffing into a spicy lamb pizza. And it's so ****** good.

I take a walk every evening if weather permits, sometimes I swim in the weekends and that would be it.

Walking is a double edged sword here, I'm never sure which will react first, My spine or My left ankle, I can only go so far before having to sit down and around here that would mean on the bare hot/cold ground. For example the last time I went to Disneyland back in 2010, I had to walk with at least one break from Beach Blvd to the front gate, thankfully Disneyland thought of problems like that and provided benches every so often, I plan to go again eventually with most of My late Brothers family, when I am free from other concerns around here that is. Until then I wait patiently, Disneyland still has a few rides I haven't been on yet. Just 3 ladies and Myself.

No, I haven't, I'd probably break them, as I weigh about 390lbs.

Hello Friends!!!

Eric and I just returned from a trip to Washington D.C. with a nephew, in celebration of his 13th birthday. Eric and I have a tradition of taking each one of our nieces and nephews on a trip anywhere each chooses to go in the USA when each one turns 13. This was our eighth trip of this type... (Five more nieces and nephews to go... six if my sister-in-law gets her way and talks my baby brother into another baby!!!) Eric and I are gunning for the position of "fun aunt and uncle of the century".

The good news is that I walked (and walked, and walked, and walked) quite a bit each day. The bad news is that vacation time is not exactly diet time. I will get on the scale Monday as I promised and I will try to get back on the calorie cutting wagon tomorrow.

Okay... not what these are being suggested for... but could they help us keep our mitts off those tempting snacks? :)

I am sure D.C. provided lots of walking for you, Angela. Never been, but would love it!

Vic, it's funny you mentioned benches at Disney Land; the little theme park we have here doesn't have anywhere to sit down. It's like they want everybody to keep moving(and getting on rides, I suppose.

Seeing as walking your dog can be helpful to losing weight, I'm linking my buddy's Kickstarter campaign here. He came up with a harness method to let him safely walk/run with his dogs while in his wheelchair. I **LOVE** this idea...we're going to eventually work on a power wheelchair format of his design.
