@All - its all about another type of balance! Most people enjoy good company but at times in our busy lives it's just nice to get away on ones own for a little while.

I like solitude. I could be one of those monks that lives up on a hill somewhere, but I wouldn't get much exercise... ;~}

I don't, I get quite lonely at times.

And we Setizens are usually here to cheer you up.

Mostly you all are asleep when I'm sitting around wondering what to do with myself but thank you anyway Mr Sattler.

Well, it's a time zone thingy, but I assure you, there are times I have been here when it's been rather dark and quiet.
The refresh button brings nothing................

Yep Oz time zones are out of wack with just about every one. :-(

Well, mate. I have found that if you stay up just long enough, everybody else starts to wake up.
I cannot do so tonight, as I was called up to work overtime tomorrow, so off to bed with me soon.
You be well, Monday.

Meow.

EST for me, but a 3rd shifter with a computer, so I'm here. Speaking of pets, rabbits are mine, and they are models of good diet. They eat hay all day, stay regular and fit and trim with good exercise running around the house.

Yeah, pretty much, but then you've got a whole continent to yourself, so that's kind of unavoidable, or 'that goes with the territory', so to speak. I can't go there, not even to get something, too far away from Grace, among other things.

I know it is not Monday yet, but my bathroom scale and I will be parted for the next couple of weeks, so I thought I would weigh in before that happened. My next weigh in will be Monday July 28th. I feel like I am back on track just in time to blow it again...

On track you are Angela! :) Well done! As to blowing it - don't be too sure. You're thinking about what you're eating now - which is a very positive step in the right direction, even if circumstances mean that the best you can hope for for awhile is just to mark time. :) If there is a backslide... it's unlikely to be significant... and if it is... well, between us, I'm sure we will work out a way of winching you onto those scales somehow ;)

I know the feeling.

On Sunday we went for a walk at Lynn Valley in North Vancouver and there were so many stairs that it was definitely a full work out.
On Monday I went to the gym.
On Tuesday I swam 30 lengths at the pool.
On wednesday.. well on Wednesday I skipped the gym and watched 5 episodes of Dexter instead. It was great.
On Thursday..meh..
Today, back to the gym.Yay!

I'm not going to weigh myself. It is just too depressing.

Thank you to all for your kind words of support. I should start a thread called "Maintain Your Weight With Angela", since I have not lost anything significant. But hey... I'm not gaining!!!

Ok, what happened?

Did old Pukers notice, did any thing, did every one lose
huge amounts of weight? Did I win the contest?

'Ol Pookers hasn't noticed a thing, because there hasn't been a thing to notice. I've lost a grand total of two pounds.
