I shall be nothing less than a shadow of my former self if it goes like I think it will do.....

Is it one of those strap on ones... um... the pedometer obviously :) Suggest you keep it well tightened Chris... so it doesn't drop off anywhere. Wouldn't it be interesting to see how your candidate's stats compared once it is all done and dusted? :)

It's one of these little clip on belt ones. I've calibrated it to step length 28". My man is 100% active 7 days a week, and with a young family, I just don't know how he does it, but he will trump me many times over by next May! I reset it day by day and just use it for interests sake really.

£6 on Ebay Pedometer

Mine is a pocket one, and I have it set to a 25 inch stride. I'm 6 feet tall, 175 pounds - 25 more than my college weight, which I'd like to get back to.

I walked Tuesday. I walked Wednesday. I am planning to try to go swimming this evening, so yay exercise. Food intake, however, still needs a lot of adjustment.

Good for you Angela!
Wow Monday, that was a lot of empty calories.
Looking back at the meals I had in the UK and the calories was just insane, evenso everything was delicious. My guess is, it was between 3 and 4K, way to much and I was surprised my clothes still fit.
I was able to restock on Salad greens, berries and fruitbars. Yes the last icecream cone is gone. I doubt, I will crave another one until next year.
Keep it up everybody!

Any chair runs this weekend are now in doubt. Sometime in the past hour, my back has really started hurting. No idea what I did. Hopefully it'll ease tmrw.

Because you are not overweight, you did and do eat healthily, and take exercise.

And the same goes for Julie.

Exercise? What is that? Just puttering around the house lately and that is limited to what I can do with one hand.
Sure I could walk, but without a partner, that is very boring.

Can't disagree here. When I did the 3+ mile run Sunday it was because of my work buddy being with me that we went so long

I always walk alone, I don't have any IRL friends to walk with. I haven't been able to walk for the last couple of days because of the cartlige pain in my knee. I did however discover that it hurts more sitting still than it does walking. I had to walk to the supermarket and my knee hurt less until I stopped. I may be gaining weight due to this innactivity. Marbooka I hope not.

Great job Scott. No stairs here Chris. Except for watering, puttering in the yard is out.

I can sympathize Monday, gaining weight is easy, I should know.
