What do they see in this horrible show???!!!

I guess it helps to have a medieval fantasy/adventure/RPG background or be interested in that era, but it's so far becoming my favorite fictional show ever. Didn't think anything could displace Breaking Bad and House.... just started season two.

Tyrion is The Only Reason I watch the tv show. Tyrion 'is' dA Man.

Hey, something we can agree on... strongly. :^) So far loving that little guy, and we aren't the only ones: as good as the rest of the actors are, he's the only one who's picked up any (and several) awards. Can hardly wait for the next episode and no spoilers please!

Where I live, even if I owned the land, almost nothing will grow in the High Desert, at least not without some digging below the caliche layer, since except for devils grass, some trees and evergreens, most plants drown and die - ARGH!!!!

I won't watch it on TV, but Cookietaster gave me a set of books. I am halfway trough book three.
At least some of the charactors I like still have their heads. Other bits might be missing.
Pluto will always be a planet to me.

Donate 20 grand into George R R Martins favourite charity and get Eric's death written into his next book.

Game of Thrones: Spend a day with author George R R Martin by donating £10, or appear in book for £20,000

As if he hasn’t put Game of Thrones fanatics through enough emotional turmoil by killing off their favourite characters, George RR Martin has said he will give a fan a "grisly" end – by writing their death in a novel in exchange for a £20,000 donation to his favourite charities.

As part of his fundraising campaign in aid of the Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary and The Food Depot, both operating in New Mexico, Martin is offering a string of prizes, including a writing their death in a future A Song of Ice and Fire novel.

$26K? Ouch. The spouse of the person giving the donation is likely to cause the donor to meet a grisly end.

I have no desire to become a widow in real life or in Fantasyland.
