I made this list up and I've been chipping away at it, I'll have the most trouble on only a few items, like the Asus motherboard, the Phanteks case, the 480 Radiator, the 240 Radiator and the 8 video cards, the rest should be no problem, it will just take Me time to get. The afore mentioned parts will just take longer to get than the others will. And yeah I'll probably get criticized for this.

Not to judge or any thing, but when we went
for our first mortgage that was just about all
we thought about. If we put up all the reasons
why we should have to wait, we would still
be living in an apartment.....

Yeah, while that's certainly true Celt, is that a mortgage will be higher than the rent here, by about $162 a month($482.57 I was told), where as rent anywhere else is more expensive than a mortgage(starts at $550 and goes up from there, My rent is $320 a month), so I do what I must. As the park here is not doing any maintenance on the mobile homes outside of once a week, I don't think the park has much money coming in and I'm just hoping the park will stay in business for the next 4 years... Though I have My doubts as to that.

One person that I'm aware of is talking about moving out, all cause of a lack of maintenance of the Mobile Home that He lives in, even with requests in writing, nothing is getting done, I had to buy a light switch to replace one that failed after being used for over 20 years and install it Myself and I just bought a 56" v-belt(for the swamp cooler), since I doubt the park will do anything, I still have an unrepaired central gas heater that needs a new working blower and the park tried replacing that on the cheap with one that works only when the cooler is on, turning the thermostat to manual should activate the blower(provided that the blower is powered up), when I do that nothing happens.

All the best on saving to get your mortgage, and then finding the right place at the right price.

Good luck with your plans Vic.

Thankfully a mortgage is something that I've never had experience with, rent was another story.

Cheers.

Next month if the last supplier of the Azza 9000B/W case still has any(B means Black, whereas W means White, I want to avoid getting a White case, though if I have to, I guess I'll have no choice), I'll be buying the Black version for $219.06 and that includes shipping to Me(the White version is about $30 more), why do I say 'if'? Cause this case is Discontinued, so I'm running out of time, I'd like to get a 2nd Black case in August too, but that may not be possible, as new/used Azza 9000 cases are disappearing online. In My Mind white cases attract fingerprints... On Saturday My PC went dark, I had to reset the PC to get it to work again, I'm running out of PC and possibly, time... I also need to get a cpu water cooler since the replacement cpu is a socket 2011 cpu and My trusty Corsair H70 is a bit old, I don't have a way to attach the H70 pump/block to the 2011 cpu, plus one of the threads on the radiator is stripped(the H70 was used when I bought it at one time in the past), so I'm looking at a Cooler Master Nepton 280L which can be used with either 140mm fans or with 120mm fans, 2-140mm fans are included, the 280L will fit the 9000 case since it has fan mounts for 120mm screws, it's that or an Antec 920 or a Corsair H105, choices, choices... But I'm not able to get the cooler until about October 2014, such is life I guess.
