Atlantic City is not doing well because there are now many other East Coast states with casinos. What can Crimea offer that other European casinos can't. Let me think, should I go to Monte Carlo or Crimea? Where will I feel safest?

If you have loads of money then I think you can be safe everywhere.
If not then you are probably better off in America.

Det är nog beroende på vilka browsers man använder och kanske plugins som man inte känner till och som kanske måste installeras som gör att det funkar.
Datakommunikation har ju bara funnits i ca 40 år och helt styrts av amerikanska intressen.
Hur lång tid tog det för UTF-8 att implementeras?

Och jag som har skickat många länkar i tron av att de ryska och ukrainska websidorna blir översatta till engelska utan problem :(
