Message 1545996 - Posted: 22 Jul 2014, 20:31:02 UTC - in response to Message 1545990.

Doctor, Doctor everyone thinks I'm a liar
I can't believe that!

Doctor, Doctor I keep seeing an insect
Don't worry, it's just a bug that's going around!

My shrink canceled his appointments with me, he says I don't need it anymore... Isn't that up to me to decide??

It's a bit abrupt, should be a discussion about it at the very least.

Nope, no discussion. He just canceled on my voice mail. I need a cigarette...

Wow, you'd think someone who deals with matters of the mind would be a little bit more professional than that.

I guess not... On my last consultation he gave me some kind of hint already that he couldn't give me much more advice anymore, and it costed me 75 euros each visit as well!

Sounds like he's just a Psychologist/Therapist... Like I said in my last post; you can find another one and have your records transferred to the new Psychologist/Therapist. 75 Euros, (while not cheap), is not an exorbitant amount of money. Therapists are cheaper than Psychiatrists. My Psychiatrist charges $400/Hour.

No no, he's a real psychiatrist but I think he is getting tired of his job a bit. The man is around 65 I think. You can see when people don't really live for their job. He was also a bit of a womanizer...

In my point of view simply not professional.

I wholeheartedly agree.

To be honest - at that age - many are loopier than their loopiest patients :) You might be better off without him Julie... trouble with finding a new one is how much pain it can cause having to go over old ground when wounds have barely begun to heal.

Just as a side note: Every psychiatrist my mum has ever had has either retired or left the profession in the middle of her therapy... no stamina! :)

I totally agree Annie.

A professional has to do what he is getting paid for.
No matter he like it or not.
Not to forget you need trust to tell about your pain.

I love it here at Rocky's Original Café,

could I please sit here at the table by the window,

and watch all the Beautiful Ladies stroll by ?

Kim Cattrall - Canadian - English actress,

Born 21 August 1956 (age 57)

does anyone remember her most famous TV Roll ?

Wasn't she one of the foursome from Sex and the City?

Have a great time lurking in Devon Chris! :) Hello everyone. Thought we'd accidentally caught a non-stop train to Brighton coming home tonight. Fortunately we didn't have to wave at London but were able to get off at Kings Cross :)

That's OK I know they all stop at East Croydon, so you could have said hello!!

Or at least waved!!

PS I live about 2 mins walk from the London to Brighton railway line.
