I checked my laptop over the past 2 days, and only have 4 work units in progress and showing in the BOINC manager, however on the account page, it shows I should have 74? But, I don't. Never received them. Not sure what the issue could be. I rebooted my computer, router, and DSL modem in hopes that maybe it will clear up, but it hasn't yet. I don't have any logs to post from yesterday to today since I rebooted. Anything else I should try? Running Lunatics as well. Thanks folks for any help. Jeremy |

State: All (73) · In progress (27) · Validation pending (28) · Validation inconclusive (2) · Valid (16) · Invalid (0) · Error (0) You should have 27 tasks on your rig, all the other numbers add up to what the database is tracking for your rig (73). ;-) Cheers. |

Thats usually caused by a work fetch that took to long. I had the same issue a few times already. Nothing to worry about. It will clear out by itself. With each crime and every kindness we birth our future. |

Also are you sure you are viewing all tasks instead of only active ones? Given that your system has 4 cores you would only see 4 if set to only view active tasks. SETI@home classic workunits: 93,865 CPU time: 863,447 hours Join the [url=http://tinyurl.com/8y46zvu]BP6/VP6 User Group[ |

State: All (73) · In progress (27) · Validation pending (28) · Validation inconclusive (2) · Valid (16) · Invalid (0) · Error (0) You are correct, was looking at the wrong spot. However, only 4 work units are in my BOINC manager. Nothing changed as far as seeing only active tasks. I never change any settings. I like to see how many WU's are on my computer at any given time. Mike, I suspected what you said as well. I hope that is the case. I'll wait and see if it clears up. :-) Thanks! |

Well, 2 days have passed, and its still doing it. I have no cache of work, I only have 4 WU's, even though the server says I have 27. State: All (87) · In progress (27) · Validation pending (34) · Validation inconclusive (1) · Valid (24) · Invalid (0) · Error (1) I always use advanced view, and I view all work that is supposed to be on my computer. Router, modem, computers all have been rebooted numerous times, and its not clearing up. I really don't know what else to do? |

Check how many WU files do you have in SETI@home directory (<BOINC_Data>\projects\setiathome.berkeley.edu\) Â - ALF - "Find out what you don't do well ..... then don't do it!" :) Â |

Well, I shut down BOINC again, and waited a few minutes, brought it back up, I don't know what or why, but all tasks show again. The button for changing to show all or show active, has stayed the same with it just saying Show Active, but now all work units show up. I really don't know what happened, or why its doing that, but its back to the way it was. I will watch it again, and see if it happens again. Thanks everyone for the help. Mods, you can go ahead and lock this since this has been fixed. |
