Now the temp outside is 92°F/33°C, Saturdays predicted high is now 101F/38C, roasted peanuts anyone? Inside is 75F/24C, humidity is about 67%, humidity outside is 8% by contrast.

I think I prefer my current 40F with 96% humidity. At least I can put a jacket on.

But here one isn't likely to get heatstroke outside.

Now the temp outside is 101F/38C and 4% humidity, inside it's 78F near the cooler(68% humidity inside) and at the rear of the house in the master bath 80F cause the window there is single pane with an aluminum frame, going to dual pane with an aluminum frame would be a waste of money, since the temp would be the same, dual pane vinyl windows work, especially if the rest of the houses walls aren't like an open window.

It's currently 23°C here in Prescott, AZ, heading for a high of 29°C (73°F, high of 83°F). But then again, we're also at an elevation of about 1620m (5300') MSL.
