Speaking of youtube itself.... It has come to know me way too well. I bring up the main page and there are so many things shown that I MUST watch...LOL. Really, YT tracks everything you watch, and everything you search for. I find some really obscure stuff tossed at me at times, but all related to what I have watched or looked for in the past. This is, of course, if you sign in and have an account there. And I don't consider it intrusive. I am most pleased at times what pops up at me based on my past viewing. Some things I was looking for, some I had long ago forgotten. I DO luv my youtube. :) "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

I DO luv my youtube. :) Thanks, Julie. Music has always been a main part of my life. From early on, music and the equipment to record and reproduce it has been a fascination for me. My Dad got me into it at an early age. When he built a new home when I was just a pup, he hired an audio engineer to build two sets of speakers into the walls. The wall cavities served as speaker cabinets. They were partitioned off to provide the proper mathematically derived volume for the speakers. Which were some awesome beasts. They were all wired to the equipment cabinet in the lower level. At first, this was tube powered equipment. HH Scott. He also owned one of the first experimental transistorized HH Scott receivers. LOL, not so good. It was mostly hand wire wrapped connections, and after a few months started to give a lotta grief and noise. Of course, as he was the experimental whipping boy, Scott gave him one of their newest and most powerful units to replace it....OMG. I went on to work at an audiophile store in my teens, and there are a bunch of stories I could tell about that..... Music, in one form or another has kept me afloat in my bad times. Sometimes an uplifting tune, sometimes a commiserating one. Either way, I would not have survived this long without listening to and appreciating this world's musicians. Oh, and of course, kitties. Try this one on for size. Hooker and Heat.. John Lee Hooker and the infamous Canned Heat. Wonderful album. I have it on vinyl. You should hear it in full fidelity from a moving coil cart through my cabinets....LOL. BTW, this is the full album, some 53 minutes of it. Crank it up, and enjoy................ Another bit from that TEDx site I tried to tell you about a while back. Tommy Emmanual. I know Chet Atkins........LOL. And he sums it up very nicely at the end of the clip. 'Life is not a rehearsal. So you better get on with it.' And so I do. Each and every day. And I am sorry if you do not agree with the manner in which I do that. But I shall continue to do so. Because I know that my time here is limited, and I must use it as I see fit and as the Lord above gave me it to do so. Amen, and meow. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." And so, I continue on my life's journey, wherever it leads. I don't always know where that shall be, from one moment to the next. I cajole, I share, I admonish, I curse, I pray, I am just what I am. When these truths get to be too much for some of you to bear, I get banished. I have been blessed with becoming a Setizen many years ago. Long before some of you were around. And it has become a very large part of my life. Not just the project itself, but the people around it. You, here, in the forums. I don't know just where I would go should the project shut down....I just don't at present. So, when I cry, when I share, when I try to give you something I have found that I think is wonderful or maybe just interesting, please know why I have. It's OK kids...... It's OK. I am OK. So, I guess one of the songs by one of the groups I love best sums it up nicely. 'Absolutely nobody knows me better......no one that can make me feel so good. How did we stay so long together? Everybody said we never could.' Well, we just seem to be Stuck Like Glue....LOL. Kirstie just makes me smile soooooooooooo much... I know I am. Stuck like glue. Meow for me one time.........one time. Julie. You post so many wonderful things. Could I possibly ask something of you? Instead of just posting a link, could you possibly add a description to it? I don't wish to put you off, not in the slightest way. I just think it would be kind to link with a word or two as to what the link is about. I do this all the time. I know, it takes a couple of extra moments to do so. I do hope you understand, and if you do not wish to do so, I understand as well. Maria. Possibly the best song she ever recorded, in my estimation. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

If I were, by some twist of fate, forced to choose somebody other than Lori to share the rest of my life with....if I had to. If I could. She might be the only one I could think of. Debra. So simple and so charming. And at times, just too candid to be real. That is supposing, of course, that Jett is still not speaking to me. She is still not responding to my emails. And I am not stalking her, kids. I have sent her just a few over many years. Not one every day or anything like that. One a year or so. Just so ya know that I have not been totally raving mad. I laid it all out on the table before. This might sum it up, on another level. I always lived a rather quiet life, I never did no wrong. Elvis. He wakes up about halfway through the song. And I just fixed the link...sorry. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

Julie. No worries, Julie. K? You just keep doing what you do and that is fine with me. Now about Debra.........I meant what I said when I thought that she is possibly the most beautiful woman on the planet... Aside from yourself, of course....
