Is anyone else seeing download problems. It is similar to when the servers were in the lab, one download server works fine the other is slow. Curable with a short period of "network activity suspended" |

Is anyone else seeing download problems. Just had to kick another one, so it would d/load. Cricket graphs don't look all that healthy either. |

Is anyone else seeing download problems. No problems here & the network graph looks fine to me. Outbound is up because AP is being split. Inbound looks like they are transferring a second batch of data for splitting this week. Is anyone else seeing download problems. Yes, I've seen that too - once yesterday and again today. My dial-up connection isn't very fast but the slow server connection was even slower by about a factor of ten. Joe |

Is anyone else seeing download problems. Yes I am seeing the same about 50% of downloads fail first time, usually OK if given "a helping hand". |

I'm currently seeing painfully slow responses (here in the UK) from Berkeley web-pages, including the Cricket graphs. Other US sites such as BoincStats and CNN are responding quickly, so it must be a localised problem. |

It's been running well here. Cheers. |

Just had a look at my logs, and right on an hour ago I had some uploads & downloads take a couple of attempts before they got done. Grant Darwin NT |

I can also report work units are uploading successfully from Blenheim in New Zealand. I currently have 31 tasks to complete before I need to receive new work. |

We now have 560 MB channels to split vs. 207 AP channels. Any bets on what gets done first?
Old James |

We now have 560 MB channels to split vs. 207 AP channels. I am starting to feel bad for tapes 31au13aa, 31au13aa, & 31mr13ae. They had their AP split weeks ago & have not had their MB split yet. Guess we just need to burn though the MB faster so it can catchup. :D SETI@home classic workunits: 93,865 CPU time: 863,447 hours Join the BP6/VP6 User Group[ |

On another note.... It seems the AP assimilators have gone on strike for the last hour or so. Hope they automagically restart. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

On another note.... Yeah, I noted that a few minutes ago. Luckily nothing's gummed up, yet. Grant Darwin NT |

Was out for the evening, and I see that the AP assimilators still are down... 10,906 APs waiting for assimilation. So far, it does not seem to have gummed up the works, but I am sure there is a point when it is going to. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |
