I am using SharpReader to subscribe to the http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/rss_main.php feed. The articles displayed are from the setiweb site as expected but the links provided for the Feed and Title take me to the Seti "Classic" site http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/ site and not Seti Boinc (http://setiweb...) as expected. Could this be changed.

I believe that this is in preparation for the eventual switchover when S@H1 goes inactive. IMHO, it was done much to soon.
