I seldom these days here from those who may have had some help from my inspirations. I hope indeed you are at least one.

Lori has battled a lot in her life.
Total hysterictmay, which in her early life, killed that chance that she I I might one day have a child. That would we enough to kill some.

Then, when we became distant, she also recovered from throat cancer, how, I do not know,
And as I tried to tell you earlier this year, she underwent a full year of treatment for HCV. Very bad drugs.
One day I pray they can find a treatment that kills the problem, and not the patient.

Not soon enough for her, but for all others impending.

This, Lord, I pray for.

I happen to know these things, and had experienced them first hand in my youth.

That is why they are so 'spiritual' for me now. PPM, Kinston trio, Chad Mitchel trio, Joan Baez, Pete Seeger, and Dylan himself. I suckled from them, learned from them back then. There were no worries about copyright or youtube laws, or who's gonna make a bigger hit of who's other wrote the song.
Nobody freakin' remembered, I think who wrote what. They just all shared and sang and sang and sang. Might be a world to remember if we all still did.

I am very much now beginning to understand a few of my compatriates' lives that ended very early in life.
They just had too much to share and other could not stand it or accept if.
And so, they had to go back to home planet.,

Which, given the choices available on this earth, means suicide. No other way to leave it, I guess.
How many do have to lose by that avenue?

In my opinion, you have abused the privilege of starting new threads. Go back and review the history of the Cafe and you will see just how many threads you start, whenever you are not "on holiday".

You already have four threads on the main page. How many do you need? Why not keep it to one?

Others may have just as many or more but they were designated as the "keepers" of other people's threads so they keep going. If you keep starting these you're going to end up on vacation again.

Just an observation: Mark says he makes a point of not drinking during the work week, only on the weekends, to help deal with his other demons. I suspect he maintains a similar discipline in these Forums - he pretty much keeps on-topic and sober in NC and other sections, but allows himself to let go here in the Cafe, because in the past we have tolerated it, so he feels he is "safe" here. But over the past year or so, something has changed, both in the nature and tone of Mark's posts, and the reaction to them by some members. While I think there are a couple of people who try to set Mark off, I am also concerned by how quickly he takes the bait, becomes aggressive/abusive, and gets bannished.

I miss the Mark who was so helpful in NC, and ran fund-raisers for new servers. I miss the Mark who posted YouTube videos of artists i'd never heard of or wouldn't normally listen to, but were well worth the time spent looking to see what he's found. I don't see much of him nowadays.

I want my friend, Mark the Kittyman, back. This mean drunk that keeps showing up is getting real hard to put up with, even for me.
