My guess is 12000 feets. We could use a ground radar to trace. |

I'm not going to abort this MB only trial. I'll stay with it until it levels off, no matter where I end up. I'm going down, until I reach the bottom (ground). You are a brave man. |

OK, Sten I think you will level out at 5,000 feet. Granted credits for MB in the last 24 hours sum to 7786.2. I predict that blimp you're calling a parachute will achieve equilibrium in that range. Joe |

This thread reminds me - I really must get the Round Tuit out of the draw and get my main cruncher's GPUs working on APs as well as MBs...... Bob Smith Member of Seti PIPPS (Pluto is a Planet Protest Society) Somewhere in the (un)known Universe? |

OK, Sten I think you will level out at 5,000 feet. As I type, Sten's avatar shows RAC 23,835 so he's hit a small up-draft. If I was a gambling man, I'd go for somewhere in the 12,000 - 15,000 range. Donald Infernal Optimist / Submariner, retired |

OK, Sten I think you will level out at 5,000 feet. That sounds as good as any guess. |

In my case a MB only pais 28% compared to an AP so I guess Sten will open his 'chute at 9800 feet ! |

It'd a bit funny how slow it is dropping. As I have seen a drops of 6-12k over a shorter period when nothing seems to have changed. SETI@home classic workunits: 93,865 CPU time: 863,447 hours Join the [url=http://tinyurl.com/8y46zvu]BP6/VP6 User Group[ |

Simply the name of this is: RESHEDULING. There where very "intensive" negotiations in the forums about that in the last weeks. |

HD5 perhaps. You could always install Linux, then try the Linux version of OpenCL Multibeam v7 HD5 r1844. I was thinking about doing that the next time I ran out of APs. From the looks of it, we might be out for a while the way they keep loading more channels, http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/sah_status.html. I don't think I've ever seen that many channels loaded. Are they stress testing something or what? |

Well, perhaps there is some new OpenCL build i'm not aware of. AFAICT there is no such app as "HD4". SETI apps news We're not gonna fight them. We're gonna transcend them. |

I once installed the unmentionable one on my XP Bootcamp partition and it destroyed the drive to the point I had to reformat and nothing was worth saving. However, I have progressed beyond that point... |
