retyping this ..
about the n-teenth time-

Match the brackets. Your first was round, where it should be square.

Yeah! Too much "olut"

How to check out the latest svn boinc?

I did get the latest source (seti mb AK8 linux 64(sah_v7_opt)) but there were some major complains when compiling (and the result was deemed bad) when trying with local tests- (fft_len is a long integer when compiling under 64 bit linux)

I must have a rather old boinc.

BOINC is no longer held in an SVN repository.

It's been transferred to GIT: instructions are at

I got the boinc and the seti sources.
I'm compiling under 64 bit linux mint.

I get errors saying that "%d" and "long int" do not match.
I know they don't.

Where to fix? For instance fft_len is long (64 bits) on my system.

What errors ?

Just see a few notes and warnings and in the end it finishes OK.
Check your build directory for the new app.

Thanks, I got them compiled.

Still running some sanity checks with ./benchmark tools. I'll choose the best of those - old - new - tweaked.
