Many of them get to 100%, then just sit there waiting for the final acknowledgment, then time out.

Same here. Most were timing out. Reduced simultaneous transfers to 2 via cc_config.xml and it helped a little.

That may be why 2 is the default :)

Lots (and lots) of retries later I was able to clear enough uploads to get some work.
Every single one was a shortie.

Server status page doesn't appear to be updating. It's showing 404,000 WU ready to send, 24,700 received in the last hour.
The graphs are showing 300,000 ready to send, 157,000 received in the last hour.

Are the message boards running a bit slow, or is it just me?

Seems to be updating for me - we're down to 211,682 ready to send (all those shorties going out), and 179,765 received in the last hour.

Sometimes a forced re-query (Ctrl-F5 in the browser) can refresh a cached page.

It looks like my machines got to all of the work first. Sorry about that.

My rigs are back on their limits and my 2 main rigs' GPUs won't be needing anymore SETI work until they've finish with the Einstein work they have.

Cheers.

Kirk: "Scotty, how long does it take to repair the warp engine?"
Scotty: "Captain, i'm sorry, the dilithium has disengaged, so at least a day or two!"
Kirk: "Scotty, i give you 8 hours!"
Scotty: "Alright sir, it'll be working again in two..."

;)

Cool, it's like i estimated, it's all working fine again! :)

...ok, AP is still screwed, but hey, at least the system is running again, isn't it? ;)
Aloha, Uli

...but maybe, it's a resend. :?

Yes, you got the fifth copy of WU 1428713614

Best of luck with it!

Thanks and yes, it worked out, when even the score is nearly a joke with ~430 cobblestones:
http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/workunit.php?wuid=1428713614
But at least is was an early out (@~70%) WU with a 30/30 bashout.

Tried that a couple of times- but still came up with the same numbers, even though it showed the last update "As of 1m".
Now the Server status page & the Graphs are showing the same numbers.

And even though there aren't too many shorties coming through now, with no AP work available exacerbating the usual problems, the splitters continue to struggle in meeting demand. Still no ready-to-send buffer.

The transitioners have been down again (3 back up now) and the MB splitters are still struggling (ready to send 30).

All is certainly not looking good on the server front.

Cheers.
