I downloaded the SETI@home 7.03 for Intel GPUs and when I try to download it, I get the following message: "BOINC Installer.app" can't be opened because it was not downloaded from the Mac APP Store.

When I go to the Apps store, it doesn't find anything under SETI and only BoincVideo using Boinc.

I'm using a mid 2010 MAC Pro, 2.8GHz quad-core Intel Xeon, ATI Radeon HD 5770 1024 MB, with OSX 10.9.1.

Any ideas for how to get this to download?

Thanks,
Jim

If you have an ATi Radeon HD 5770 GPU, why are you trying to download the Intel GPU app?

First of all, the error message that you received about BOINC not being from the Mac App Store resulted from a setting on your Mac. IIRC, the default is what it is set at now...OS X will not allow you to install applications that came from anywhere but the Mac App Store. You can update that setting by opening System Preference and selecting "Security & Privacy"; however...

Secondly, as has been discussed elsewhere here, SETI@home 7.03 for Intel GPUs is not for Macs.
