I looked around a bit and found nothing obvious... it doesn't grab my profile pic.

Your Account->Community (forum) preferences.

Mind about the image requirements: Format: JPG or PNG. Size: at most 4 KB, 100x100 pixels.

This image can be uploaded directly from your PC, to the server. Or you can opt for a Gravatar.

Also mind that images are cached. It may take a couple of minutes to an hour before the image shows up. Try pressing CTRL+F5 or SHIFT+F5 to refresh your browser cache.
