Good evening! Let me just warm up a little and take a look at what we've got. I'd definitely put this into the 'funny uh-oh' category. It's all fun and games until the Fire Nation attacks.

3rd Place - Steven Meyer ""No really! Stop laughing!""

2nd Place - celttooth "Yes dear I love you, now please hang up. I'm at work!"

1st Place- rob smith "Hello, Mom, can you collect me early - we've got a bit of a problem...."

Only ONE of those lines goes to a customer who is actually paying for his cable TV service.

On D-Day in Normandy and all across northern France, many of the phone cables were cross connected. This set has still not been straightened out.

My diagram says that the yellow-white / yellow pair in cable #13 ought to be connected to that apartment. Now, which is cable #13?

Guys? I told you I need a 2,000 pair cable, not 20 100 pair cables.

OK, time has come, and I'm awake...
A good crop.

Now three stand out....

Celt with "Ahhhh so that's how they hold up the poles....."

Chris with "Thankyou for calling BT technical support, how may I help you today?"

John McLeod VII "On D-Day in Normandy and all across northern France, many of the phone cables were cross connected. This set has still not been straightened out."

Celt Wins, just so off the wall, supported in second place by John, then Chris - the latter two being determined by the toss of a coin

So take it away Celt
