In the Cafe we have a "Beer Drinkers Thread"

In light of the recent developments in Colorado and Washington. Would it now be permissible to have a "Pot Smokers Thread" somewhere on the boards ?

I realise such a thread would have to refer specifically to Colorado, Washington and any other jurisdiction where recreational use of marijuana was legal, but I'm wondering, just what the reaction would be from "those who rule" if someone attempted to start such a thread ?
