Open the BOINC Manager and click TOOLS from the menu, click the Processor Usage Tab and make sure that the "Use GPU while computer is in use" box is checked. This will allow the GPU to be used while the computer is in use by other resources. BTW, we still can't see your GPU on your web site computer page. I suggest that you close/exit BOINC and then restart it. Post the first 20-25 lines of the event log so that we can see what has happened. I read in one of your previous posts that you also installed Lunatics, my question is -- are you positive that you checked those buttons that directed the installer to include GPU processing?

I don't buy computers, I build them!!

Open the BOINC Manager and click TOOLS from the menu,

It has already been pointed out that he's NOT using local preferences, Stop trying to confuse him by pointing him to Boinc Manager's local preferences pages, if you want to be helpful point him to the web address of the Web preferences.

You haven't told us what GPU you're got, for all we know you might have a GPU that isn't going to be detected by Boinc,

Grab GPU-Z from http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/, run it, and tell us what it says, or display a scrren shot.

Even through your HD3000 is detected, it is of no practical use here, it may have CAL support, but it has no OpenCL support,
you could run the old Brook+ AP app, but it's hardly worth it, best to concentrate on CPU crunching.

I think that other projects, such as PrimeGrid, can make use of a HD3000. I do not recall if PG required double precision support or not. The HD3650 does lack DP support, but you can try it on various projects to see if they have anything for it to run if you would like.
