As work is completed and uploaded, new work will automatically get downloaded. No need for manual intervention.

Could you be more specific? Do you mean the actual number
of work units to have down loaded and waiting on your hard drive
to process or do you mean the numbers of work units actually processing
at a time?

The maximum number of work units this project will allocate at any one time is 100 per physical cpu and 100 per physical gpu if I remember correctly.

There are other factors which can cause fewer work units to be allocated. Such as not allocating enough hard drive space to store the work units before processing.

I see that at the moment you only have 10 tasks in progress, so I assume you want more on hand. Look at your BOINC computing preference settings (menu path tools/computing preferences, network usage tab). What are the settings for "mimimum work buffer" and "max additional work buffer"? Try at least 3 days min work buffer. A very low value in max additional will result in more frequent work requests, so try .01 days. As a new member, you are subject to daily limits, but they are higher than what you are receiving (now 40 for cpu, 37 for gpu). Those limits will increase with each validated task. And, as bill points out, all of us are subject to the project's limits of 100/100 per computer (not per cpu or gpu).

Then watch the event log to see if BOINC is asking for work.

I don't see where you have any computers listed. Have you download and installed Bonic, then added Seti@home to your Bonic Task Manager? Once you add the project, it should automatically download the some work units to your computer to run. Maybe I missed something while trying to look at your systems.
