Let me begin by saying thanks for the Christmas present :) as this is the first that I can remember ever having more APv6 than MBs or other apps "ready to work". It did help that after reading numerous threads on the subject, I was able to finally set up the app_info xml "thing-a-ma-jig" along with the "preferences" to set up and run just gpu only, and finally, being able to use both cores of this 7950. So really big thanks to those in these threads where I was able to obtain valuable instructions. It took a bit of trial and error on my end...that said, I do have a question...

In the "tasks" section of my acct, all of my WUs listed are associated with an "anomymous platform (ATI GPU)". Did I "bork" the Lunatics install at the point where it asks "public, or private pc"? Its not effecting my count as far as I can tell...any suggestions?

'Anonymous platform' is the term used when BOINC detects presence of app_info.xml

Lunatics install do not ask anything that resembles "public/private" choice

Ahh, thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Guess I'll just leave well enough alone then. Have a great New Year!
