Time for a new one of these, with the problems we have had recently.

Well at least file 20jn12ac looks like that it's been quarantined again.

Cheers.

Ready-to-send buffer has shrunk significantly. Result creation rate, apart from a couple of spikes hasn't increased at all, hence the shrinkage buffer.

Ready to send looking OK, and the AP assimilators are running with the total waiting going down.

But......
It looks like valid tasks are not being purged. My valid totals for both MB and AP seem to be going up and up. Hope this does not explode the database.

My AP Valids are going Ballistic as well. I just played musical cards over the weekend and couldn't figure out why the Valids were going Way Up but the RAC wasn't doing squat. My AP Valids are about 4x where they should be.

Ready to send looking OK,

Yep, but it would appear the splitting rate is still the same. The problem is still there, it's just that demand has dropped off enough for now for the ready-to-send buffer to refill.

Ahh....
They must be updating the database. I see my valid task totals are dropping as we speak.

I notice someone's started a stuck splitter thread- i also notice that the splitters are once again struggling to produce work.

I think the only one that's stuck is our old friend 20jn12ac.....
Last SSP update shows 23/sec splitting rate and 278k ready to send.
I'm not gonna panic yet.

Nope.
But the ready-to-send buffer has flattened out with things as they are. Get a bunch of shorties in the system & availble work will quickly start to dry up.

Yeah, with many crunchers coming off of their AP fix and getting back to MB work, the splitters shall have to ramp up a bit to keep up. I think most of my GPUs are back to doing MB again.

And down to 10 at 19:40:06 UTC.

Look on the bright side, if the "tapes" being split have a high proportion of shorties they'll be used up sooner and new "tapes" might be added so those wanting AP work could get some on the 25th.

MB work goes down slow.......
I would doubt that we get through it before the end of the week.

Twelve requests after maintenance and I received 1 resend. Wow. May be a while.
Oops, the count is now 13.

MB ready-to-send numbers are like RAC at the moment- falling steadily.

The sooner they fix the credit problem the better- after rising for a short while my RAC has now fallen to be as low as it was after it bottomed out after v7 was released. If we run short of work it will reach a new all time low.

You must be lucky then as all I've seen for the last 48hrs are shorties.

Cheers.
