If you look right now, #80 and #81 are the same
account. My account is supposed to be in one of
those positions.

To lower load on web-server & database, many pages is being cached, and till cache-time runs out the cached copy is used. If you looks closely in lower left corner on the top-stats, you'll see the time a page was last updated. Since different pages very often isn't generated at the same time, this means the same user/team/computer can show up on 2 pages.

To get "stable" stats, either use an external stats-page or download the stats-dumps yourself.
