Please have a look at this wu

There are 3 results, 2 crunched with 4.08 and 1 with 4.02 if they are invalid this should be shown am i right?

Yes, in the details page if you follow the links.

This does not seem to be the case. However, these results were calculated by different CPUs and this may mean that the results do not agree closly enough with each other and so a quorum of results was not created. It has been re-issued so you should see (we hope) a new result and this WU will be closed out.

I'm seeing quite a few more than usual work units today giving 0 credit with 3 valid results. Usually checking the result details provide a reason. Most of the ones I'm seeing today do not.

This appears to be a recent development.

when a quorum is not reached normally, the returned workunits remain in pending state to validate against the reissued result. The work units in question are giving 0 credit to all returned work units and re-issuing.

completed results have been reset to pending status.
