today is a four cupper already. the strongest brew yet. 2qt pot of boiling water, mixed in the powdered to espresso grind of Kona...mixed it in...took off heat...let it sit. strain thru unbleached filter. drink after of one day of festering. coffee syrup. will cure what ails you. |

anchovies. dried dog poop in the summer time. roadkill. people stuffing a road kill deer in the trunk of their car. technicolor baby poop. pizza without beer. Tom Ford. people that waste chocolate. people that waste food in general. etc. |

Understand this is from a tea drinker, but I have it on very good authority, my son who only drinks coffee. That, 1, you should not use boiling water, so that bitter acids are not released. 2, it should be drunk immediately. If it is not drunk and kept hot, it becomes like mud and looses some of it's flavours. And if cooled it needs to be placed in an sealed oxygen free environment until it is drunk. And if I hear this lecture one more time then either he gets sent back to Italy, where he learnt about coffee, or is fed into the coffee grinder. |
