Dear Rocky,

I'm glad to hear that for what ever reason you had a critical physical problem; that you are now past danger and up & running again. I was quite taken aback when you joined in with WW and his few minions. From knowing you during the Alpha/Beta Boinc client testing you didn't seem like that kind of person.

What I do admire in you now is the fact that not only did you realize a mistake had been made, but you were strong enough, and free enough, to come forward as you have and correct that mistake. By doing so publicly takes quite a bit of intestinal fortitude and inner strength. To me it makes no difference what you believe, or whether you don't believe in any superme being, it is what is deep down in your heart that counts. I applaud you.

Welcome back!

P.S. Get to know Lena, she's a real gem.

P.P.S. You got a + rating from me. (an obvious sign that the world is about to come to an end) :-)

Rocky! It's good to see you back.
WW forgot some of the core beliefs of being a Christian (as per the New Testament). That those chosed to be saved were done so before the creation of the universe. That if your chosen there's nothing you can do to lose it. That if your not chosen there's nothing you can do to gain it. And that the condition of being "born again" comes from the Holy Spirit, not from any MAN and certainly not from WordWhiner. He either forgot that or chose to ignore it for his own personal gain.

BTW, the Military Thread is still around if you have any stories you want to tell.

A nun is sitting with her Mother Superior chatting. "I used some horrible language this week and feel absolutely terrible about it."

"When did you use this awful language?" Asks the elder nun.

"Well, I was golfing and hit an incredible drive that looked like it was going to go over 280 yards, but it struck a phone line that was hanging over the fairway and fell straight down to the ground after going only about 100 yards."

"Is that when you swore?"

"No, Mother," says the nun. "After that, a squirrel ran out of the bushes and grabbed my ball in its mouth and began to run away."

"Is THAT when you swore?" Asks the Mother Superior again.

"Well, no." Says the nun. "You see, as the squirrel was running, an eagle came down out of the sky, grabbed the squirrel in his talons and
began to fly away!"

"And Is THAT when you swore?" Asks the amazed elder nun.

"No, not yet. As the eagle carried the squirrel away in its claws, it flew near the green and the squirrel dropped my ball."

"Did you swear THEN?" Asked Mother Superior, becoming impatient.

"No, because the ball fell on a big rock, bounced over the sand trap, rolled onto the green, and stopped about six inches from the hole."

The two nuns were silent for a moment.

Then Mother Superior sighed and said, "You missed the putt, didn't you?

Rocky: First and foremost, it is good to see you on line and in health! I hope that your hospitalization was as pleasant as could possibly be under the circumstances.

As for your apology, I reject it because you owe none to anyone here. Our problem was with Mr. X, never you. So feel free to be youself.

And don't forget, if (heaven forbid) you need to be rehospitalized, I think we can count on someone to comfort you whilst wearing a nice nurse's outfit.

Hi All,
And Thank You all.
Misfit, I will be visiting the Military thread. I was reprimanded for writing in the thread last time as it did not "Glorify God".
Neo, yes there were many a fine fine nurse, but this was only realized after the first week or so after my intial entry into the hospital. ( I had no idea what happened the first week.) The most emabarrassing point was when a beautiful 21 0r 22 year old nurse came in when I was out of intensive care and told me she was the one who inserted my "Foley" for those of you that are aware of the device. There is no modesty in the hospital at all. ( Sorry off subject).
Tom as I said I think I di understand what you are saying, I just have difficulty putting my respose in words right now. There are many many aspects to which we live and fulfill our lives, and it is not very christian to judge one againest another.

Until Later,

Rocky

Dogbytes,
Just so you and many others that don't know. I have suffered for the last 10 years with a blood disorder that causes my blood to clot in the veins, but I am a free bleeder if I am cut. Sounds strange huh?. Anyway, I am on massive doses of blood thinners and I still manage to get clots. things over the past few years have declined a bit, but I continue to look for brighter days. Since 2002, I have feel into Cardiac Areest 7 times, and this last Hospital stay was the very first for Repiratory arrest. A whole new and not so thrilling addition. I will get through this. I have been fighting this long, and will continue. That is why you will see me on these boards for great stretches at a time, but when I am absent for more than a couple of days, you can assume it is another hospital visit.. So I will be here as much as I can.

Regards To All,

Rocky

P.S. From the words that Lena has expressed so far, I believe I will be learning an awful lot from her. Thanks.

Hi All,
One thing I failed to share yesterday with everyone is that WW is still viewing the messageboards, and he sent me an email yesterday regarding my "Status" with his "Secrect email Group" He had originally sent me an email telling me that he was going to remove me from the "End of Time Mailing list" because he could no longer "Trust" me. This was in response to my desision to leave the team because of the militant tactics and approach on the boards. His final transmission to me was as follows:
Hello Rocky,

At 8:33 AM -0500 on 12/18/04, you wrote:
(This was part of my letter to him)

> worry about "trust"

Rocky, as occurred with Barnabas and Paul, it seems to me
that we have reached a point where we must part in our ways.
You obviously feel that your entire time with us has been
one big mistake, and have voiced it publicly, have you not?
That being the case, in accordance with the Scriptures, I am
removing you from our list. As it is written:

"Can two walk together, except they be agreed?"
Amos 3:3, KJV

I wish you the best in whatever you do for the Lord, Rocky.

The WordWeaver

So I guess it is true, Believe as I do...or I will excommunicate you!!

Regards,

Rocky

Oh my Rod! Even scriptures has passages (not to be confused with someones anatomy) for being an asshole. Which verse was that?

Remember, the Bible warns about false prophets (profits). I just lump him into the file which includes L. Ron Hubbard, Jim Baker, Oral (Satisfaction) Roberts, Jim Jones, the Maharishi, George W. Bush, etc. History is replete with this type of mortal who speaks as if they've got a direct connection with a supreme being.

Willy Worm Wanker is a work of religious art, pornographic if there is such a thing. As far as the excommunication thing goes, what a power trip! Everything about him does not seem like it has the markings of God, but rather I am beginning to think, should such a thing exist, that WW is a minion of Satan. But I digress...

>Hi Dogbytes,
I tried to send a very professional email to WW, but he never has taken critisism well, and he sidesteps anyone who makes light of any thing he says. I tried to tell him that he spent more time telling people qoutes, and then telling them to read his OWN writings, as if they were Inspired wrtings themselves. He spent so much time opening threads to creat an air of hositity instead of comradere. I have never gone along with Militant tactics or "Force Converting" people. He stated to me in an email, that my job was easy, that my Music Ministry attracted those people that already had an interest in God, so if they wanted to accept and invitation to believe and learn, it was theirs. I agree, and that is Free Will. Those that don't accept the invitation do not get beat in the back room with Bibles, and "OUR OWN" personal writings. WW spoke to everyone including myself through emails as if I was not doing as God wished me to do, as if he was sitting in the Seat right next to God, telling us word for word what God was saying. It seems to me that if God wanted WW to promote his own writings as much as he was doing, he would have led him to a land where he would have a vast population to Preach to in person. Not through the Air waves. His Ministry by his own accords should be busting at the seems outgrowing the small island of Guam.
I am a servant of My God, I truly believe that WW is a Soldier for God in his own way. I am just not sure what rank he is trying to obtain.
There is already the One and Only World Overseer, but maybe he belives that some where down the ladder there is a Overseer Aprentice, or Lt. Overseer. I am not sure.
If he gets drumed out of Message boards because of War tactics, i wonder how Heaven will feel about him.

Regards,

Rocky

I invite everyone to calm down, relax, and visit the Babe Of The Day thread. Reading thru all these posts I think I can make a metaphorical comparison of the "religious beliefs" thread being like a hard intense day at work, and the BOTD thread being like that relaxing vacation on some beautiful exotic tropical beach. [Yes, click on ALL four. I'm a gracious host.]

Much as I'd like to, we've gotten two inches of the fluffy stuff in the last few hours. It also seems that we've got a few updates in progress (and a bug to prove it!)

(Slight Off Subject)

Carl,
Our Music Ministries trip to P.R. has been postponed due to the recent events in Indonesia. With what our trip was costing in Airfare, lodging, etc, that money will go to much much better use, buying water purifiers, food and medical supplies, for the Tsunami/earthquake victims.
I just read the death toll is near 76000. It is such a tragedy.

Look forward to speaking with you soon,

Warm Regards,
Rocky

Those of us here who believe in God should pray for those lost in the tsunami this last week.

Those who don't believe in God should send money.

Those who believe in God should send money, too.
