Hi All,

I created a VM to run seti then cloned it. How will this affect the HostID and the allocation of work ?

As you can see here, the cloned system has its own hostID. It did however duplicate the work, so you'll have to abort that all, as it isn't registered to that hostID.

No there are 4 clones, so its not, I upped the cores from 16 to 32 and during switch one node checked in and was seen as a new node.
