I remember HP Sauce from my time on the missle boat in Scotland. Great on burgers or steak, and not bad on scrambled powdered eggs (real eggs and milk only lasted about 1 week into a 10-week patrol).

As to bacon sandwiches, how about peanut butter and bacon on toast or a buttermilk biscuit?

I've never seen HP sauce, I have seen A1 sauce and had used A1, both are made by Heinz of course, any real differences?
