My style is indifferent.

However, it is time to find my little stuffed pumpkin and put it out on top of my new computer.

Just a quick question: When posting pictures, do they have to be from the internet, or can you retrieve it from your computer files?

In that case, how would you write the "[img] [/img]" command in order to post a picture directly from your files?

If your posting from your files, you should turn them into a jpg file.
If you go to my pictures, those files should let you post them.

I used to have windows xp, those files were easy.

I have windows Vista now, and that is hard for me.

I have Windows 7, so I'm not sure that's even possible on my computer.

So would you write something like this?:

If it's an image from your computer you'll have to host it online somewhere. Photobucket for example.

Going back to Obegone's original question, it has to be on the net somewhere.

[edit]
When you're uploading a new avatar in your account settings, that comes off your computer.

That won't work, you need to have your pictures on a website like photobucket to post pics on the web, which is where I post pics from.
