The trees down here are starting to yellow a bit. The mountains have turned a beautiful orange, and we've already got snow up there. It pretty frosty too.

Four more boxes to go through this weekend, and then I'm officially "decorated"!

Is the word "only" missing from that sentence? :)

I must get some more Fisherman's Friends, they're great fun to give kids on trick-or-treat, they get about 20 yards up the road before the eucalyptus kicks in!

Just painted my props today. I just need to water proof them, and I'm all set for Halloween.

I lived at a house that was shaded by some really tall eucalyptus trees, sad to say the trees are gone, though the house where I lived still exists, mostly unchanged, the nearby hill a street over, leveled.

I don't know how things are down south, but up here eucalyptus is an "invasive exotic". They are fairly flammable, they drop dangerous slippery leaves all over our winding hilly roads and nothing eats them, including the deer!

Nice idea Ian, but I'm afraid that would only compound the problem.

Yeah I know that Angela, but then the trees are from Australia, Koalas like eucalyptus leaves I read once, other than that I don't think the trees are too useful.
