Looks like a tool that could come from Da Vinci's kitchen:))

I'd say a can opener of some sort, maybe very old, from an age where things weren't designed to be practical...

Cast Iron Apple Peeler

Circa: 1900-'30
Condition: used
Size: 8.25 in. tall
Type: Cast Iron
Country of Origin: United States
Manufacturer: Sinclair Scot Co.

A vintage cast iron apple peeler marked Sinclair Scot Co. Baltimore, Made in USA. Clamps on a wood table to help you get that apple peeling job finished. Intricate 3 large gears with heart shaped centers make this an attractive kitchen tool to display. It has 3 metal prongs to hold your apple, the blade seems to still be sharp. Wood handle on the crank. All in quite good condition to use or display.

Now I gotta find something mysteries.

Sorry no. It's little bigger than that. But once you find out what it is, you will want one, I am sure.
