Mr. Kevvy's bid covers his arse at the last moment.

Possibly with fractions of a second left for the win.

But, he did post within the deadline, and pledged to cover the deficit between the bid wars.

Not playing favorites here, I think I called it by the rules.

And differentiating opinions will be judged by myself, unless there seems to be any problem, in which case I shall call in another judge.

I'm sitting right here. Having the most interesting auction/vote/race ever. Scrolling through the messages one by one..

.. this is like I was a young boy in a team race at our neighbourhood and not knowing who will win until at the end -- but boys and girls, did we have fun!

p.p.s. But what fun is it in anything if everything is too simple.
I had my ups and downs with the market going through its cycles having an occasional pulse or triplet but no clear sign of intelligence behind the market values (or any societal values) when I was in the IT industry.

I changed my course and did some additional university level courses in mathematics, physics and pedagogical studies and I'm no longer in the rat-wheel of career advancement up-down or sideways.

Nowadays I'm a teacher. The dreaded, feared, and often hated teens are really listening up and learning. I think I'll have them at the end of term to re-think an election and "voting for the winner" or "voting for a cause".

I think We have a future.

Confused. Your last totals:

GPUUG $1397
Raccoon Lovers $1326
Dutch Power Cows $500

So without the $300 petri33 pledge that you indicated wasn't included, GPUUG was in the lead. What changed?
