Message 1412242 - Posted: 6 Sep 2013, 18:10:47 UTC

After a not to uncommon random system reboot upon restarting Boinc I got the following messages:
9/6/2013 12:36:58 PM | SETI@home | Requesting new tasks for NVIDIA
9/6/2013 12:37:04 PM | SETI@home | Scheduler request completed: got 0 new tasks
9/6/2013 12:37:04 PM | SETI@home | No tasks sent
9/6/2013 12:37:04 PM | SETI@home | No tasks are available for SETI@home Enhanced
9/6/2013 12:37:04 PM | SETI@home | No tasks are available for SETI@home v7
9/6/2013 12:37:04 PM | SETI@home | This computer has reached a limit on tasks in progress
9/6/2013 12:37:04 PM | SETI@home | Project has no tasks available

I did a controlled reboot and still can't work & still get the messages. Where can I go from here?
PC specs:
MB: D925XCV
CPU: P4 3.8GHZ HT
RAM: 4GB
Video Card: nVidia Geforce GTX470
OS: Windows XP x64 SP2
Boinc Ver.: V7.064
Anon. Ver.: Lunatics_x41zc_win32_cuda42.exe
Seti Ver.: 7
Now new Message every time it turns in a work unit it gets 1. Only 4 in cache. 2 for cpu & 2 for gpu
Also statics page has no previous days traces. Only a point showing today's data. I'm afraid this cruncher will run out of shrubbery.

Thanks,
Lee

We're had a limit in place of 100 CPU tasks and 100 GPU tasks for the last Six Months or so, so expected behaviour.

If Boinc Manager is only showing 4 tasks, Try pressing the 'Show all tasks' Button.

Your host 6024182 matches that description. It has 127 tasks in progress as I type.

All tasks for computer 6024182

I think Claggy has your solution.

I always have selected the Show All Tasks button selected so I didn't think to look at it when it changed. That took care of that problem. The Status Tab still only shows the a point on the page for the current day but, for example, the score for "Show Host Average" displays the total host average of 13220.62 instead of 0. No traces to previous days are shown. Its as if the "Reset Project" button was pushed. Thanks for the help!
At least I'm not running out of work. The D925 motherboards are problematic with Win XP x64 and also with modern SATA hard drives.
