Well, since you didn't join the project until yesterday, you can't possibly have been "running non-stop for three days". One rig got some work yesterday, the other one got some work today. Until you finish some work, report it, and it's verified as valid by the project, there won't be any credit granted. Note that, for any work to be validated, a second user must complete and report the same workunit, and the results must be strongly similar in both units.

Does the program automatically report one work unit before it is able to start on another?

That all depends on the number of CPU cores you have, and how your GPU is configured.
Assuming you have only one CPU core then only one task is actively processed at a time, but several may be stacked up ready to run.
SETI@Home will only run one task per CPU core, so if you have a processor with six cores then your system will be capable of running six CPU tasks simultaneously.

It will fix itself. Give it time.

Credit is granted at the server after validation of your result against at least one other for the same data. After your computer contacts the server to either report work or request more work, the credit will appear on your computer.

Depends on how much queue you have requested (in days). Maintain enough work for X days means that if the amount of work falls below X calendar days, the client will ask for more. If this is 0, then the client will wait until one task finishes before requesting a new one.

I connected again to SETI network after some years through BOINC. It worked for some weeks, but since 4 or 5 days, it seems that my computer works for nothing: while computer still working 24h a day, each set received, computed and transmitted is either “abandoned”, “waiting for credit” or just purely vanished and credit frozen to 162142.... I enjoy the principle to help, but if my computer is just really working for nothing, i will just stop it.
Any solution possible?

Your stats show 1 validated work unit for which you have received credit.
Three work units waiting for your coworkers to finish their half. No credits are granted until all coworkers work has successfully completed. Can't help with the abandoned work units. Perhaps somebody more expert will comment.

Posting the first 50 lines of your Event Log will help them troubleshoot your problems.

If you did not intentionally/manually [Remove]/Add the SETI@home project (which will make all tasks you still have in the computer show 'Abandoned')
then 'Abandoned' status may happen if you have bad network (or network was bad on 14 Dec 2013):
