Too much vegetation.

That looks very much like a Papa John's "The Works" pizza. However; I see from hitting the "quote" button that your image is from "Rosa's Pizza and Ice Cream."

Papa John's is good pizza, though. :-)

It'd take twice as much crust, it might be a pita in the neck.

No Papa anything out here, just Pizza Hut, Domino's, Little Caesars, Red Baron Pizza, Round Table Pizza and Peggy Sues, the last three I've never had of course, I'm torn between Pizza Hut and Domino's...

My smooth peanut butter and marmite sandwiches, topped with cherry tomatoes, went down a treat ....
It's good to be back amongst friends and colleagues

I can't get delivery at all, so I just go with the frozen pizza with extra toppings.

We out here have no delivery either, too far from Barstow(12 miles, one way)...

Pizza Hut is my benchmark for bad pizza. Sleazer's is the bottom. I haven't had Domino's in decades, so I can't judge it, but my impression is that it's only a very small step up from Sleazer's. John's always looks better than Hut, but somehow it never tastes better. I only know Red Baron as frozen. Never heard of Round Table, Papa Murphy, or Peggy Sue's.
